Product maintenance and care

MAINTENANCE

  • For proper maintenance of the oven, make sure before turning it on that the chimney is free of any objects and that the residues of the previous cooking have been removed.
  • The oven can be used all year round; in the winter months light the stove with a moderate flame to avoid thermal shocks due to humidity.
  • We also recommend lightly greasing the metal parts with Vaseline oil to prevent them from destroying.
  • Regular maintenance by a qualified technician is recommended.
  • Thermometer: clean with warm water and soap.
  • Stainless steel surfaces – wash with a soft cloth and a solution of water and soap. Be careful to rub following the grain of the stainless steel. Do not use detergents containing acids, white spirit, or xylol. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning the oven.

  • To clean the exterior steel, use a cloth dampened with water.
  • Spread a thin protective film of Vaseline oil if you want to give a shiny appearance to the metal.

  • If traces of rust appear, wipe with a polish brush and cover with a light layer of Vaseline.
  • Do not use chemical products to clean the oven; do not use detergents or abrasive pads.
  • Do not clean the product when it is in use.
  • In the case of installation in places of the sea, to avoid corrosion and scale, it is advisable to clean the oven frequently with fresh water.
